Welcome to Fresh Paws Waste Management! These Terms of Service outline the rules and guidelines for using our dog waste removal services. By signing up for or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

  • We provide dog waste removal services on a one-time or recurring basis.
  • Our team will visit your property on the scheduled service day to remove pet waste and dispose of it properly.
  • Additional services may be available upon request.

2. Scheduling & Access

  • Service is scheduled based on your location and availability in our service areas.
  • You are responsible for ensuring our team has direct access to your yard (e.g., unlocked gate, provided gate code, etc.). We will not enter through a dwelling (house, apartment, etc.).
  • If we cannot access your yard at the scheduled time, the visit may be skipped, and charges may still apply.
  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Service Expectations

  • Our technicians will perform a thorough cleanup of visible dog waste.
  • If waste is hidden under debris, leaves, or tall grass, we will remove what is visible and accessible.
  • We take all collected waste with us for proper disposal.

4. One-Time Services

  • Full payment is due at the time of scheduling your one-time service.
  • You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

5. Recurring Services

  • Pricing varies based on service frequency, type of property, and number of dogs.
  • Billing begins on the day your first service is performed.
  • Payments are processed automatically on a monthly basis based on your selected plan.
  • If you choose to downgrade your service plan, the change will take effect on the first day of the following billing cycle.
  • If you choose to upgrade your service plan, the change will take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current month based on the difference between your previous and new plan.
  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • For recurring services, payments are processed on a monthly basis based on your billing cycle. If you choose to cancel, your service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
  • Refunds are not provided for missed visits due to lack of access or other circumstances outside of our control.

7. Pets & Safety

  • We love dogs! However, for the safety of our team, we ask that aggressive or anxious dogs be kept indoors during service.
  • If our technician feels unsafe entering your yard due to a pet, the visit may be skipped, and charges may still apply.

8. Weather Policy

  • We operate in most weather conditions, including light rain or snow.
  • If extreme weather (such as heavy storms, severe cold, or unsafe conditions) prevents service, we will notify you and reschedule for the next available day.

9. Holiday Policy

  • We believe in the importance of time off for our team. If your scheduled service falls on a holiday and a technician is unavailable, we reserve the right to reschedule your service day within the same week.
  • We will notify you in advance of any schedule adjustments due to holidays.

10. Liability & Damage

  • We take care to respect your property, but we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., weak fences, unsecured items, or hidden hazards).
  • We are fully insured and take all necessary precautions to ensure safe service.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal information is used solely for scheduling and service-related communication.
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
